![]() Andi joined the Direct Selling Industry in 1997 starting her career with Morinda (Tahitian Noni, whose annual sales are measured in the hundreds of millions of dollars). Her talents were quickly recognized by the company resulting in an increasing role with various departments and a responsibility to support fifteen of their top founding distributors, some of whom earned more than $50,000 a month. She was also chosen as part of an elite start-up team to set up the offices and train staff for their Taiwan and Australia branches. In 1999, Andi and her husband, Jason, moved to Vancouver, Washington where she began work with Jenkon, an industry leading software provider to the direct selling industry founded by her father, Dan Jensen. Since then, she has worked with Jenkon on a part-time basis as time and family have allowed focusing on compensation plans. Her talents have been used by Jenkon for compensation plan programming, plan accuracy quality control, and drafting of highly detailed technical compensation plan design documents. In 2001, Andi began consulting with other companies specializing in compensation plans, internal process design and training, business organization and development. Over the years her focus has increasingly become centered on compensation plan development as she has been mentored throughout her career by her father, Dan Jensen. Since 2007, Andi has been working hand-in-hand with Dan on almost every new startup company plan design project bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the effort. Every client has remarked how grateful they are to have her invaluable contribution to their project. Adding to her broad spectrum of experience, Andi has also been a distributor for various direct selling companies, which has provided her with a firsthand understanding of a distributor’s needs and experiences. Andi’s experience and expertise in working with compensation plans, sales leaders, business organizations, and software providers gives her an invaluable knowledge of the direct selling industry.
